Booster Club Committees
Fundraising Committee
This committee is responsible for our table at the CenturyTel Center. They decide what the booster club will be selling (coordinated with the front office of course), and other methods of raising money such as raffles.
Entertainment Committee
The Entertainment committee plans parties and get-togethers for the club. They must coordinates with Coach Muscutt on dates such as Christmas or Thanksgiving parties with the players.
Tailgate Party Committee
This group plans and puts together pre-game parties in the parking area. They make sure that grills are available and fired up for everyone to use if they wish.
Road Trip Meals Committee
The Road Trip Meals group feeds our players prior to departing on road trips, and the opposing team each night. This is one of our high-visibility committees and makes our club a lot of points with players and coaches throughout the league.
By-Laws Committee
Our By-Laws committee takes care of any necessary changes to our charter and by-laws.
Calling Committee
The Calling Committee is our "phone tree." They are responsible for informing our members about any upcoming events.
Housekeeping Committee
Housekeeping takes care of the players' apartments. Setting them up with furnishings, food, etc. at the beginning of the season, and at the end of the year they clean out the apartments and put everything in storage.
Membership Committee
The membership committee is responsible for keeping up with our member database, signing up new members, and taking care of membership packets such as badges, etc.
Newsletter Committee
The club puts out a newsletter on a monthly basis, with the goal being to keep the membership informed about things going on in the organization.
Family Support Committee
Our Family Support committee is in place to assist players' families as necessary. They plan showers, get babysitters when needed, and many other little things that make the players feel more at home.
